Nasi Goreng

(For 1 Servings)


Tools: 11” Large Skillet, Saladmachine



1 tbsp Oil
50 gr Onions, coarsely chopped
3 clove Garlic, finely chopped
1 pcs Chicken Egg
150 gr White rice / brown rice / brown rice
100 gr Carrots cut with Saladmachine cone #2
1 pcs Green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp Sweet soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper


How to make:


1. Heat oil in an 11” Large Skillet. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add eggs, and cook scrambled.

2. Add rice, carrots, and scallions, and stir well. Cover the pot, and let stand for ± 3 minutes.

3. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir well. Lift, serve.
