Chicken satay

(For 5 Servings)

 

Tools: frying pan

 

Ingredient:

500 gr Chicken meat
3 tbsp Lime Juice
Prick wood Soak in water for 1 hour

 

Peanut Sauce:

1 tbsp Oil
3 leaves Lime leaves
150 gr Peanuts, Roasted, Puree
150 gr Cashew nuts, Roasted, Puree
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Powdered white pepper
250 ml Water
50 ml Sweet soy sauce

 

Seasoning, puree:

5 pcs Red Onion
5 pcs White Onion
4 pcs Red chili pepper

 

Complementary:

Lime

 

How to make Satay:

1. Marinate the chicken with lime juice.

2. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Marinate the chicken with ground spices and store it in the chiller for 30 minutes.

4. Skewer the chicken pieces onto 1 skewer. Repeat the process similarly for the remaining ingredients.

5. Grill the satay on the Square Griddle until cooked. Lift.

6. Serve satay with peanut sauce and lime juice.

 

How to make Sauce:

1. Heat the oil. Sauté ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant.

2. Add peanuts, salt, and pepper, and stir well. Pour in water, and stir until boiling.

3. Lift. Add soy sauce, and stir well. set aside.
