Ingredient:
| 250 grams | Wheat Flour |
| 1 1/4 tsp | Instant Yeast |
| 1/2 tsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 tbsp | Salt |
| 2 tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 180 ml | Hot Water |
| 200 gr |
Marinara Sauce (see page 141 / vegetable lasagna) using 8 "Gourmet Skillet |
| 50 gr | Onion, Thinly Sliced |
| 1/2 pcs | Red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise |
| 1/2 pcs | Yellow bell pepper, sliced lengthwise |
| 2 pcs | Jalapeno, thinly sliced |
| 8 pcs | Black olives, thinly sliced |
| 2 pcs | Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced |
| 200 gr | Mozzarella cheese, grated coarsely |
How to make:
1. Mix flour, yeast, and sugar in a Mixing Bowl. Water and oil while stirring until blended.
2. Add salt, and knead until smooth. Round the dough, and cover it with a damp cloth. Let stand until the dough has doubled in size (1 hour).
3. Deflate the dough. Divide into 2—flat round shapes using a rolling pin.
4. Sausage rub marinara on top of the dough. Sprinkle onions, peppers, jalapeno, olives, shiitake mushrooms, and cheese.
5. Heat a 12” Electric Skillet to 200º C. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove, and serve warm.
