Tools : Gourmet Griddle 8", Electric Griddle 12", Stirring Bowl


250 grams Wheat Flour
1 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
180 ml Hot Water
200 gr

Marinara Sauce (see page 141 / vegetable lasagna) using 8 "Gourmet Skillet

50 gr Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/2 pcs Red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1/2 pcs Yellow bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
2 pcs Jalapeno, thinly sliced
8 pcs Black olives, thinly sliced
2 pcs Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
200 gr Mozzarella cheese, grated coarsely


How to make:


1. Mix flour, yeast, and sugar in a Mixing Bowl. Water and oil while stirring until blended.

2. Add salt, and knead until smooth. Round the dough, and cover it with a damp cloth. Let stand until the dough has doubled in size (1 hour).

3. Deflate the dough. Divide into 2—flat round shapes using a rolling pin.

4. Sausage rub marinara on top of the dough. Sprinkle onions, peppers, jalapeno, olives, shiitake mushrooms, and cheese.

5. Heat a 12” Electric Skillet to 200º C. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove, and serve warm.
